This is how it works:

  1. Once you contact us, we talk with you extensively to get an idea to what you are wanting in a website. This can take place at your place of business or by phone.
  2. We start on your website and depending on the complexity of the task, you should receive a draft within 24 hr.
  3. If you are satisfied with the design and want us to complete the task, a deposit of $100 will be required with the remaining balance due at completion.
Our web development service includes the web design with three (3) months of maintenance updates. We also offer web hosting at an additional cost. However, if you have already arranged to have your website hosted elsewhere, we will need ftp access (Host – which is sometimes an IP address, plus username and password).

-There are certain circumstances where a website design project may accrue additional fees - see below

Ala Carte

  • $60 per individual html page (you furnish text content)
  • $8 per image (non-text element such as logo, photo, button, banner, background, etc, in JPG or GIF format.) Rollover images count as two images.
  • We post the work to a private URL for proofing and testing. After the site is finished, updates to existing pages are billed at $25 per update.
  • Any new pages you add on later are billed at $50 per individual html page and $8 per image.
  • Website hosting for $8.95/month. There is a $15 setup fee for website hosting.

Deposit-
A deposit of $100 will be required with the remaining balance due a completion.

Rush Charges-
An additional $75.00. Rush charges apply to new artwork due in under 48 hours, and/or changes due in under 24 hours.

Terms-
Balance is due upon completion of work. Final artwork will be delivered upon payment in full. For work not completed within 30 days, you will be billed for the work accrued during that time. Work will commence upon payment of this interim balance.
